If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you donít know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrierís website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you as sales@Nivetta.com . In case of any problems, Nivetta will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
