Repair
To return your product for repair, fill out the return order form and follow the steps explained under the 'RETURNS' section. Please make sure that you send your product for repair without the complementary items such as gift box or certificates as these items will be not be returned to you after the repair process.
Please note that the repair process may take up to 25 business days depending on the product.
