Where is my jewelry I ordered?

If your order tracking information is not showing that it has been shipped yet, it means that we are still working on getting your order ready. As soon as your order is completed, we will ship it out to you. We do not have an exact date for when your order will be shipped, but it usually takes around two weeks. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

What is the process for resizing a diamond ring?

The ring can be sent back to us for resizing, but we strongly advise buyers to have it done locally to avoid it getting lost or stolen in the mail system; if you must send it back to us for resizing, please email us at info@nivetta.com and provide us with your name and order number to better assist you. (Please note that shipping costs back and forth are the responsibility of the buyer)
