What is your return policy?

We have a 60-day money back guarantee no questions asked.

Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?

Yes. Each earth-created diamond can be traded in for a 100% credit towards a brand-new earth-created stone that costs at least twice as much. Any lab-created diamond may also be traded in for 100% credit towards a brand-new diamond worth at least twice as much as the old one. The improved diamond must be in its original state and be returned with the original laboratory grading report. There will be additional fees for any modifications required to upgrade your ring existing ring to fix the new diamond. Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer.
