Is your shipment secure?
Yes. Our products are completely insured while in transit. At the time of delivery, every purchase needs to be signed for; if you're not available and would like to pick the item up locally to you, then you will need to contact us so that we can arrange local pickup.
What if my jewelry is misplaced in transit?
Nivetta takes every step to guarantee that your product will arrive in good condition. We demand a signature for all deliveries, and your order is fully insured throughout transit.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Typically it can take around 2 weeks before you can expect for your item to arrive, if you're from outside the USA there can be other obstacles such as customs which can delay arrival times.
Can I track my order?

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO's
Sorry due to insurance with our logistics we do not ship to APO's or PO boxes. You must have a physical address and someone to sign for the package.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
