Do you offer aftercare for your rings and jewelry from Nivetta?

We can provide you with maintenance services for your ring, such as rhodium plating, diamond tightening, or resizing. However, we suggest that you get it done locally as mailing a ring back and forth can have serious liabilities if you don't have proper insurance. If you are interested in availing of our services, you can email us at info@nivetta.com for more information on how to return your ring to us. Please note that the shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the buyer.
